Job Description
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate leads and schedule qualified meetings for the sales team.
- Research and identify potential target accounts and key decision-makers within the target organizations.
- Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges, educate them about our SaaS platform, and qualify their interest and fit for our solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and execute strategic outreach plans for assigned territories or market segments.
- Utilize CRM software and sales automation tools to track activities, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of prospect interactions.
- Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively, providing relevant information and guidance to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to support lead generation campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications

- Proven track record of working as an integral member of a team to achieve big goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and CRM software.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability and resilience to overcome objections and setbacks.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar sales or business development role is advantageous.
