Implementation Manager

Job Description

• Clearly define and document implementation project scope, goals and deliverables
• Create and execute implementation project plan, and report on progress to all stakeholders
• Understand clients’ data model and assist in executing data migration processes for Fund Accounting, Investment Accounting and CRM
• Build strong relationships with clients during implementation phase and beyond
• Work with client and Entrilia team to facilitate client’s data reconciliation process, providing support and answering questions as needed during the user acceptance testing and stabilization periods
• Work with the client and Entrilia engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the migration process, and identify efficiency improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members (Sales, Product Owners, Engineers, QA and Designers) to enhance our product and services
• Understand functional impact of various configuration options and offer tailored recommendations
• Build product knowledge through training, self-directed research and testing, and working with senior team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience
• Experience working in Private Equity / Fund Accounting (required)
• Experience using financial / fund accounting software
• Proficient in MS Excel
• CPA or Accounting Degree (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English Language)
• Project implementation / business analysis / system delivery experience with external facing clients for projects of a material size and duration (preferred)
• Enthusiasm for finance and technology, with strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a strong work ethic
• Highly motivated individual, with ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and successfully manage multiple competing priorities
